I leave it up to you to create a list of advantages and disadvantages of the device if used by a homeless person to avoid total absolutely no home to live within.
Importing one from Africa is not realistic. However, making one similar yourself or having made locally by someone with the needed skills is a possibility.
I am mentioning this possible “mobile home” to make you aware of this type of non-traditional home to assist you in preparing for what may be an inevitable event.
